How to create an invoice?

To create an invoice, follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Go to the "Invoices" tab in InvoiceQuick.
  2. Click on the "New Invoice" button to start creating a new invoice.

  1. If the customer for whom you're creating the invoice is already in your customer list, select their name from the dropdown menu. If not, you can create a new customer by following the instructions provided in this link.

  1. Fill in the necessary fields for the invoice, such as the job description, item/task details, taxes, cost, quantity, etc. You can add multiple line items to the invoice if needed.

  1. Optionally, you can specify the payment terms and include any relevant notes for the client.

    Check the accepted payment methods, such as Stripe or PayPal, to indicate how the client can make the payment.

    Once you are satisfied with the invoice details, you have a few options:

    • Preview and send: Review the invoice and send it directly to the client via email.
    • Download: Download the invoice as a PDF file to save or print.
    • Save invoice: Save the invoice without sending it immediately. You can later access it in the "Invoices" tab to send or make further edits.

By following these steps, you can easily create an invoice in InvoiceQuick. Ensure that all the necessary information is accurate and complete before sending the invoice to your client.
